We are fully operational and accepting orders. However, due to the crisis, processing times may take a bit longer than usual and deliveries may take up to 40 days.

How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within five working days of your order and takes 10-40 days to reach your doorstep. Check our Shipping Policy to see shipping times for your location.

What's your return policy?

You can take a look at our Refund Policy for more details, otherwise you can contact us contact us if you have any questions or want to apply for a refund. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive your order and it's the wrong size, colour or defective, contact us and we will either refund you or send you a replacement.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do offer exchanges, unless 30 days have gone by since the item was delivered. You can take a look at our Refund Policy page for more details, let us know if you wish to exchange an item.

Can I update my order information?

Yes you can, before the order has been processed and shipped. Please contact us if you need to make any changes in your order information.

Can I cancel my order?

If the item has not yet been sent, you can contact us here to cancel your order. Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.

I can't see the tracking status of my order

You will receive a notification email when your items have been shipped, with a tracking number. It can take a couple of days for the shipment status to be updated, feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.
